Yes. Custom work is a core part of McSquared Customs. Projects can range from personalized products and military
recognition pieces to business signage, displays, shop fixtures, and one-of-a-kind builds. If you have an idea that
does not fit an existing product, submit a project request through our Custom page.

Start by completing our Custom Project Request form with as much information as possible, including the intended use, approximate dimensions, material preferences, quantity, timeline, and any artwork or reference images you have. We’ll review the request and contact you to discuss feasibility, design, pricing, and next steps.

Yes. Custom projects are quoted based on the design, materials, size, quantity, fabrication requirements, and finishing involved. Unless
otherwise stated, custom quotes are valid for 14 days.

When appropriate, yes. Projects involving personalization, logos, layouts, signage, engraving, or other design-sensitive elements may include
a digital proof or mockup for approval before production. Customers are responsible for verifying names, dates, spelling, dimensions, artwork,
and other details before approving a proof.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible if production has not progressed too far. Once design work, material preparation,
machining, engraving, printing, finishing, or other production has begun, changes may result in additional costs or may no longer be possible.

Production time depends on the project, current workload, material availability, finishing requirements, and whether customer approval
is required. An estimated timeline will be provided during quoting or project approval. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Our shop combines traditional woodworking with CNC machining, laser engraving and cutting, 3D printing, digital design, and finishing.
This allows us to produce everything from signs, displays and personalized pieces to prototypes, fixtures, organizational products,
business projects, and hybrid products that combine multiple fabrication methods.

Materials vary by project and may include hardwoods, plywood, engineered wood products, acrylic, plastics, engraving materials, and
3D-printing filaments. Material selection depends on the project’s appearance, function, environment, and manufacturing requirements.

Usually. We can often work from customer-provided logos, artwork, photographs, sketches, and reference material. File quality
matters, and some artwork may need to be recreated or converted before it can be manufactured. Customers must have permission
to use any copyrighted or trademarked material they provide.

Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF are preferred for logos, CNC work, and laser projects when available. High-resolution
PNG or JPG files may also be usable depending on the project. For 3D work, formats such as STL or STEP may be appropriate. If
you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll determine whether it can be used.

Often, yes. A photograph, sketch, reference image, or even a description can be enough to start a conversation. Depending
on the project, additional design work or measurements may be required before production.

Yes. McSquared Customs can produce individual pieces as well as repeatable small-batch projects for businesses, organizations,
military units, and other customers. Contact us for quantity pricing and production availability.

Depending on the project, full payment or a deposit may be required before design or production begins. Any remaining balance
must generally be paid before the finished product is shipped or released for pickup.

Yes, local pickup may be available for certain orders in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Pickup is arranged after the order is complete and ready.

Yes. Shipping availability and cost depend on the product’s size, weight, value, and destination. Larger pieces may require

Possibly. Rush availability depends on the project, materials required, and current production schedule. Contact us before
ordering if you have a firm deadline. Rush service or expedited shipping may involve additional charges.

Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind or preference after
production has begun. If McSquared Customs makes an error or the finished product does not reasonably match
the approved specifications, contact us so we can work to correct the issue.

Contact McSquared Customs within 3 calendar days of delivery and retain the product and all original packaging. We may
request photographs of the product, damage, shipping container, and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist
with the appropriate resolution.

Eligible ready-made, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Yes. McSquared Customs may offer downloadable designs, templates, models, plans, or other digital products.
Available files will be listed in the shop as they are released.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or made available for download. If you receive an
incorrect or corrupted file or experience a technical problem, contact us for assistance.

It depends on the license included with the specific file. Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer
ownership of the design or grant unrestricted commercial rights. Check the license included with the product before
selling items made from it.
