and www.mcsquaredcustoms.com, and your purchase of products or services from McSquared Customs (“McSquared Customs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

McSquared Customs offers ready-made products, personalized and made-to-order products, fully custom projects, digital products
and files, and related design and fabrication services.

Custom orders are created based on information, measurements, text, images, and specifications provided by the customer. The customer
is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all provided details.

Quotes and Orders

Quotes for custom work are valid for the time period stated in the quote (if no period is stated, 14 days).

Work on custom projects generally begins after the quote is accepted, required project information has been received, and any
required deposit or payment has been made. Production may also be dependent upon customer approval of proofs, mockups,
or other design confirmations.

Custom Work and Variations

Because items are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood:

• Grain, color, and texture will vary from piece to piece.
• Minor variations from photos, samples, or mockups are normal and expected.
• Small dimensional tolerances and finish differences may occur.

These natural and handmade variations are not considered defects.

Customer-Provided Content

By providing logos, photographs, images, text, designs, trademarks, or other content for use in a project, you represent that
you own the content or have sufficient permission or authority to authorize McSquared Customs to reproduce and use it for
the requested project.

You further represent that such use will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold McSquared Customs harmless from claims arising from McSquared Customs’ authorized
use of customer-provided content.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment or a deposit may be required before work begins on custom items. Remaining balances
(if any) must be paid before the item is shipped or released for pickup. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed.

Production and Lead Times

Processing and production times vary depending on product type, project complexity, material availability, customer approvals, and
current production workload. Any production or completion dates provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Processing, production, shipping, delays, and customer approval requirements are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping damage, lost packages, incorrect addresses, and related matters are governed by our
Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside McSquared
Customs’ control. We will assist customers with tracking, shipping damage, lost packages, and carrier claims as described in that policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, order corrections, digital product refunds, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility for ready-made, made-to-order, personalized, and custom products is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Use of Photos and Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, McSquared Customs may photograph completed work and use photographs of the finished product for portfolio,
website, social media, advertising, and other business promotional purposes. Customer names, contact information, addresses, or other non-public
personal information will not be disclosed in connection with such use without permission.

Customers may request in writing before completion that a custom project not be used for promotional purposes.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• interfere with site operation

We may modify or discontinue parts of the website at any time without notice.

Digital Products and Intellectual Property

Digital files, designs, plans, templates, models, and other downloadable products remain the intellectual property of McSquared
Customs or the applicable rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise. Purchase of a digital product grants only the license
rights specified with that product and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers may not
redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise make digital files available to others except as expressly permitted by the
applicable license.

Except for customer-provided content and third-party materials, content created by McSquared Customs, including photographs,
graphics, logos, product designs, written content, digital files, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to McSquared
Customs and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without permission except as expressly authorized.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McSquared Customs is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or business opportunities
• misuse or improper installation of products after delivery

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Warranties

Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any product-specific care, installation, or use instructions.
Natural materials such as wood may expand, contract, change color, or otherwise respond to environmental conditions including temperature,
humidity, moisture, and sunlight. Such normal material behavior is not considered a defect.

Except as expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, McSquared Customs makes no additional warranties regarding its products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with McSquared Customs will
be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Alabama.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
